Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a Dallas-based team to hire a Systems Administrator Lead who will drive modernization of enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring reliability, security, and best practices.

You will lead design and administration, manage Entra ID, MFA, SSO, Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, and AD, and document standards while mentoring others and collaborating with IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years without
• Hands-on Entra ID and hybrid identity experience
• Strong Intune endpoint management and compliance background
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Defender and Purview tools
• Experience with virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud
• Understanding of cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and infrastructure security
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring others
• Familiarity with SOX, ITIL, and service management practices

Responsibilities

• Lead design and administration of enterprise infrastructure environments
• Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO integrations
• Deploy and support Intune endpoint management and compliance policies
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory platforms
• Configure Defender and Purview security and compliance tools
• Support virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and storage initiatives
• Serve as escalation point for advanced infrastructure issues
• Document standards, processes, and technical best practices
• Collaborate with IT leadership on modernization projects
