fav is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff for Infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the real-time platform. You will design and maintain high-traffic systems, build automation, and partner with engineering to improve service reliability and observability.

The role requires 6+ years in SRE/Infra, strong cloud experience (GCP), Kubernetes, and scripting skills. On-site in Santa Monica, with a fast-moving, collaborative environment and competitive

Competenze

• 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infra Engineering.
• Experience scaling large systems serving millions of users.
• Strong cloud experience, preferably GCP.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience building monitoring/observability systems (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Scripting in Python/Go/TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of SLOs/SLIs and incident management.
• Collaborates effectively across engineering teams.

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable infra for real-time apps.
• Develop automation to improve deployment and ops efficiency.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Work with engineers to improve service reliability and observability.
