Qualifications

• Seven years in direct support of Network Operations in a large enterprise environment.
• Advanced understanding of network technologies and complex issue resolution.
• Experience configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, install, and maintain Cisco ASA, Fortigate firewalls, and FTDs.
• Develop and plan network incident resolution, configuration audits, updates, and remediation.
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to change and incident management processes.
• Prepare cost estimates, requirements, and technical recommendations.
• Document procedures, manuals, and reports.
• Assist with budgeting and project planning; participate in on-call rotation.
• Mentor and direct other team members when needed.
