Responsibilities

• Support all Systems and Infrastructure for Whitefish Credit Union.
• Execute project-related tasks from concept, planning, design through project completion.
• Actively maintain education and cross-training on infrastructure areas of expertise.
• Troubleshoot system outages and performance issues in support of key business processes and core services.
• Configure and install systems equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Conduct research on systems products, services, protocols, and standards.
• Interact with vendors and contractors to ensure SLA and project performance.
