Job summary

Overland AI in Seattle is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design and manage systems for AI model training and robotic deployments. The role requires strong expertise in AWS, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation tools.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and a solid foundation in Linux administration, Kubernetes, and networking. This position offers competitive salary packages and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or systems engineering.
• Experience with AWS orchestration and deployments at scale.
• CI/CD experience with GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Strong Linux administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and evolve on-premise and cloud infrastructure supporting AI/ML development.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code.
• Manage observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Document systems, processes, and runbooks.
