Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and oversee water, wastewater, and stormwater systems for public agencies and private clients in Colorado.
You will manage pipelines, pump stations, trenchless work, and lift stations from planning through construction while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. You will apply solid civil engineering principles, lead design efforts, prepare cost estimates, and deliver technical reports and specifications.
Not Specified
You’re an experienced civil or environmental engineer who wants your work to matter every single day. Here, you’ll plan, design, and help deliver the water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure that keeps cities healthy and resilient.
You’ll own challenging projects outside the treatment plant fence line – pipelines, pump stations, trenchless installations, lift stations, and more – from concept through construction support.
Your designs will move millions of gallons safely and reliably. Your judgment will shape critical infrastructure decisions.
If you’ve been deep in water and wastewater infrastructure and are ready for a bigger stage, we want to talk to you.
You’ll be a key engineer on multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects, from planning studies to engineering services during construction:
This is where complex water, wastewater, and stormwater challenges become real-world, buildable solutions.
You’ve been the go-to engineer for complex conveyance projects – from planning and alternatives analysis through design packages and construction support. You’re comfortable coordinating with multiple disciplines and translating field conditions into constructible designs and clear documents.
Maybe you’ve taken on informal leadership and PM support, guiding junior staff and helping keep budgets and schedules on track, and you stay plugged into the water sector through professional associations or advanced study.
High-signal experience:
This is a senior-level role with direct impact on critical water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure for public agencies, utilities, and private clients across sectors.
You’ll collaborate with specialized engineers across environmental, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls, while still having clear ownership over key planning and design work.
You’ll deepen your expertise on challenging, diverse projects outside the treatment plant, from trenchless installations to major pump stations, with room to grow your project management responsibilities over time.
On top of competitive compensation, you’ll have access to a comprehensive benefits program, including paid time off and holidays, health coverage, savings account options, insurance offerings, caregiver support, counseling services, discount programs, a lifestyle reimbursement account, retirement contribution matching, tuition reimbursement, multiple bonus opportunities, and potential flexible work arrangements (eligibility varies by status).
Travel may be required depending on the project assignment, but most projects are local.
