Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with virtual or remote teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as code tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, CloudFormation).
  • Experience creating, editing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with containerized applications and container orchestration systems.
  • Scripting, automation, and programming (Bash, Python).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/CS or related field in lieu of degree acceptable.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance w/Poly.

The Opportunity:

This position is for a Senior Infrastructure/DevSecOps Engineer. You'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented team members. Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that can come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have a basic understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engagement with virtual or remote teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Experience working with Infrastructure as code tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Experience creating, editing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with containerized applications and container orchestration systems
  • Scripting, automation, and programming skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field for 4 years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Existing or ability to obtain IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+)
  • Active U.S Government TS/SCI Security Clearance w/Poly
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology
  • Familiarity with government risk management framework (RMF) processes
  • Familiarity with Linux systems administration and STIG hardening
  • Familiarity with GitOps deployment workflowsExperience with cloud networking and cloud security concepts

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
