Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. in Pomona, CA seeks a Product Delivery Manager III to oversee complex infrastructure initiatives from planning to execution within the Targeted Undergrounding Program.

This role partners with internal teams, contractors, agencies, and communities to ensure safe, reliable project delivery and wildfire risk reduction. You will develop and deliver presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, manage pre-construction constraints, and guide multiple projects

Qualifications

• Experience directing and implementing small to medium projects including cost/scope/resources, vendors, and reporting.
• Ability to integrate work across related areas and improve customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Experience with service planning, construction standards, and collaborating with clients and management.
• Experience developing and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing pre-construction constraints like permitting and environmental/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
• Partner with internal teams, contractors, agencies, and communities to safely deliver projects.
• Drive results to improve reliability and reduce wildfire risk across Southern California's electric grid.
• Develop and deliver presentations to varied audiences, internal and external.
• Manage timelines, risks, and project performance with minimal oversight.
