Qualifications

• Experience with alternative delivery methods (e.g., DB, CM/GC, P3).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated cost-management plans.
• Produce rolling forecasts and highlight variances.
• Lead monthly cost reviews with owner leadership.
