Job summary

Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee network, endpoint, server and cloud services across our growing consumer goods environment. You will drive disaster recovery, incident response, and vendor governance while aligning security with scalable operations.

The role requires 5-7+ years in IT infrastructure with 2-3+ years in leadership, strong SaaS platform experience, and a proactive approach to reliability and security in a fast-paced company.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in progressive IT infrastructure design and administration with 2-3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience implementing/administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune or other SaaS at scale
• Expert-level understanding of networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure
• Expert-level understanding of IT security fundamentals: MFA, least-privilege, RBAC, endpoint hygiene, phishing defense
• Experience with on-site support for multiple office locations and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee senior-level network management, endpoint management, server management and cloud services
• Disaster recovery, incident management and vendor relationships
• Design, architect and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint security, IAM, backup and business continuity
• Develop and improve incident response, patch management and production upgrades
• Manage IT vendors, contracts and SLAs
• Maintain asset lifecycle and fleet-wide software deployments
