Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst IV to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure with a focus on automation, reliability, and security. The role leverages Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and Linux tooling across servers, storage, networking, and platform services in a hybrid environment in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience designing and implementing infrastructure automation with Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and Linux-based technologies.
• Background in coding for enterprise infrastructure platforms, API integrations, automation provisioning and configuration.
• Experience with cloud and on-premises environments; hybrid architectures using AWS and Azure preferred.
• Understanding of servers, storage, networking, and platform services with ability to implement IaC and scripting solutions.
• Strong documentation practices and adherence to process.
• Clear written and verbal communication and effective interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level support for infrastructure technologies including servers, storage, and related software.
• Design and implement infrastructure automation using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and Linux-based technologies.
• Integrate software to enable usage, support, and monitoring of hardware technologies.
• Develop and maintain routine work procedures and standard installation and upgrade methodologies.
• Evaluate, acquire, install, test integrations, upgrade components, and monitor performance.
• Plan, design, install, and support computer systems.
• Coordinate hardware and software upgrades with IT and business units.
• Prepare activity and progress reports for individual and project work.
