Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support infrastructure automation for scalable Azure deployments.

You will leverage IaC, automation frameworks, and cloud practices to improve governance and service delivery across enterprise environments. Responsibilities include building IaC with Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates, automating provisioning and config management, and enabling automated deployment through Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure, cloud engineering, automation, or platform engineering experience.
• Expertise in administering and supporting Microsoft Azure environments, including designing cloud infrastructure in enterprise contexts.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates) and JSON-based deployment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, and related automation technologies.
• Develop automation workflows for deployment, configuration management, and operations.
• Automate platform provisioning, monitoring, reporting, and task automation with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Logic Apps.
• Support dev and infra teams by enabling automated deployments and release processes through Azure DevOps.
• Maintain source-controlled infrastructure repositories and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot IaC deployment failures and automation issues.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and architecture teams to implement standardized platform solutions.
• Document automation solutions, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
• Analyze deployment performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support infrastructure automation solutions that enable consistent, scalable, and secure cloud platform deployments.
