Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a senior engineer to craft infrastructure and AI direction for GPU firmware infrastructure. You will set technical direction, own platform health, and build automation that accelerates GPU innovation across multiple product cycles.

You'll lead cross-team architecture, drive reliability through SLOs, and mentor others while partnering with firmware, hardware, and business teams. A strong CI/CD, Python, and distributed systems background is required.

Qualifications

BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE (or equivalent experience).
12+ years in infrastructure, platform, DevOps, or SRE engineering.
Strong Python fluency and scripting.
Deep expertise in CI/CD and test automation at scale.
Experience with distributed systems and cloud/on-prem compute fleets.
Proven cross-org ownership of production systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities

Set technical direction for major platform areas, guiding architecture and roadmaps across cycles.
Design and lead infrastructure initiatives spanning teams, aligning firmware, hardware and partners.
Own platform reliability: define SLIs/SLOs, instrument gaps, reduce MTTR, automate response.
Identify automation opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
Architect and invent AI-powered workflows to multiply output.
Set technical bar via design reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
