Job summary

Atoms is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale its Infrastructure Security Platform in Seattle. You’ll own security features spanning identity, access management, and data compliance, partnering with product and infrastructure teams to keep controls easy to integrate while evolving with product needs.

You have 3+ years of backend experience, strong Java/Go skills, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OAuth2/OIDC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Experience with identity and access management is a plus.
• Strong architectural judgement and system design skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the security platform that protects our products and customer data, including identity, access management, and data compliance.
• Work with product and infrastructure teams to make security controls easy to integrate and meet changing security and product needs.
• Improve service reliability and performance through testing, monitoring, and incident response.
