Temper is seeking the first infra-focused engineer to own the entire infrastructure layer of our agentic integration platform. You will collaborate with the CTO on runtime, agent infrastructure, observability, and a self-hostable deployment powering enterprise integrations.

You will design, build, and scale the platform, enabling durable execution, sandbox isolation, and self-healing capabilities, while shaping patterns future infra engineers will follow and growing into a leadership role.

Formación

• 2-10 years in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
• 3+ years at high-growth startups.

Responsabilidades

• Own the infra and platform layer end-to-end: build a 'Vercel for integration runtime' with durable execution, sandboxed isolation and self-healing.
• Build and scale the agent infrastructure powering coding agents that write, test and deploy integration code in production.
• Design the observability layer giving enterprise customers full visibility into integrations and agents.
• Architect and ship a single-tenant, self-hostable build so customers can run the platform in their own cloud.
• Help hire and build the infrastructure team, growing into a leadership role.
