Job summary

Arcesium seeks an accomplished Senior Software Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team, building the core foundation that powers Arcesium's applications. You’ll focus on reliability, scalability, and performance across AWS and Linux-based infrastructure, owning subsystems and delivering high-quality work both individually and with teammates.

You will collaborate across Developer Experience, Cloud Account Management, Compute, Connectivity, Security, and Solutions Architecture to meet

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant infrastructure experience or equivalent demonstrated impact.
• Ownership of critical infrastructure systems and delivery of features that improve reliability and efficiency (Kubernetes, cloud infra, DNS, or auth services).
• Polyglot programming capability with proficiency in at least one language; common languages in our ecosystem include Python, Java, Go, Bash.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate reliable, well-instrumented infrastructure services across multiple functional areas.
• Strengthen our compute platform using AWS and Kubernetes.
• Create tools and automation to streamline processes and reduce toil; apply GenAI where it fits.
• Own critical infrastructure components across various underlying technologies and languages.
