This role involves managing risk assessments, compliance initiatives, audits, and promoting security awareness across the organization. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 10 years of experience in information security are required, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information security, IT risk, or compliance.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in a GRC-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
• Experience managing audits and working with external regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead Governance & Security Programs and oversee security policies.
• Drive enterprise-wide risk assessments and manage compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and other teams for security integration.
• Develop and deliver training programs on risk and compliance.
