Job summary

Quantum Sky in Aurora, CO seeks a Senior-Level Information Security Analyst to join our defense-focused engineering team. You will harden RHEL/Windows OS, secure Oracle databases, and lead vulnerability management across DHA ECS environments in AWS GovCloud East.

You will coordinate RMF artifacts, ATO support, and IAVA patching, ensuring compliance with DoD STIGs and CCIs. A DoD 8140/8570 baseline cert is required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory for system access.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for DoD access.
• DoD 8140/8570 baseline IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP).
• Advanced DoD cyber certs (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CASP+) are highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree or 15 years of substituted experience for Education.
• Minimum five years of hands-on Information Assurance / Cybersecurity experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead database security and hardening across Oracle DB instances (OFF, EDW, PRISM, MTR/PAT, ECCP).
• Enforce DISA STIGs and DoD RMF CCIs for Oracle DB and OID/OAM; audit access and enforce least privilege.
• Coordinate with DBAs to ensure audit logs forwarded to Splunk; support patch windows.
• Direct OS security hardening for RHEL and Windows servers in AWS GovCloud East.
• Manage RMF & eMASS artifacts, POA&Ms, and assist with annual RMF assessments.
