Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks a Senior Information Security Analyst to support the Director of Incident Response, Threat & Vulnerability Management in building enterprise-wide programs. You will handle all phases of incident response and threat hunting in on-premise and cloud environments, with 24/7 readiness and collaboration with MSSP partners.

Role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity, strong knowledge of NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK, and certifications such as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Cybersecurity, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management in an Information Security Operations capacity or in a related field
• Experience with Frameworks such as NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, or CySA are highly preferred
• On-Call Rotation: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to monitor, detect, and respond to urgent security alerts and potential cyber incidents

Responsibilities

• Respond to security incidents and investigations, acting as technical lead for all phases of Incident Response
• Maintains and updates IR processes, guidelines, and playbooks to streamline security incidents
• Collaborates with MSSP and internal teams to detect threats and coordinate responses
• Supports vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and logging/event management results
