Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

A company in the Nashville area is looking to add a Senior IT Auditor to their Audit Department. This IT Audit Senior will be responsible for assisting the Audit Manager and Supervisors in conducting routine assessments of processes and controls in the IT Infrastructure across their locations. The position is hybrid onsite in Nashville, with up to 25% travel (expenses covered) to various locations. Responsibilities include assessing IT processes and controls, planning audit engagements, and conducting fieldwork using methods like observation, interviews, and data analysis.

• Documenting business processes, audit observations, and recommendations with adequate evidence.
• Collaborating effectively with team members, sharing information, accepting feedback, and taking on additional assignments.
• Continuously enhancing knowledge in IT, auditing, accounting, healthcare, and related fields through self-study and ongoing education.

• IT Operational Reviews
• Division/Facility IT Reviews
• Application Reviews (Security and IT controls)
• Information Security Reviews
• Regulatory Compliance Assessments (HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley IT General Controls, HITECH)

Must-haves:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Auditing
• Previous experience at a Big 4 or similar large organization preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, MIS, or related field
• Experience with control frameworks such as COBIT
• Hands-on experience testing controls and performing procedures in complex or specialized areas
• Experience developing workpapers, performing quality assurance reviews, and documentation
• Ability to travel 15-25%
• Team player willing to work collaboratively
