Qualifications

• MA/MS degree in IT or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience; may substitute work experience.
• Ability to obtain a US government Secret clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work individually as well as with cross functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architectural driving force behind application systems and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with users, stakeholders, developers, and engineers to build roadmaps and align plans.
• Evaluate how systems interact and anticipate downstream impacts of changes.
• Own the quality bar by analyzing systems, usability testing, performance, and reliability.
