Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight across governance, risk assessments, controls, and metrics.
• Analyze designs and evidence to identify gaps and emerging risks.
• Articulate risk opinions with supporting data and regulatory alignment.
• Challenge inefficient practices and ensure regulatory alignment and best practices.
• Monitor risk indicators and escalate material risks through governance channels.
