Job summary

Open Bank is seeking a FVP & Information Security Team Leader to helm the Bank's Information Security Program and Business Continuity initiatives. The role reports to senior risk leadership and collaborates with MIS, CRO, and the Board.

The hybrid schedule offers 3 days onsite at the DTLA HQ and 2 days remote. The ideal candidate will drive policy, risk assessments, and incident response for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Experience in developing and administering an information security and/or cybersecurity program.
• Working knowledge in the regulatory environment of information security and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and deliver a comprehensive Information Security and Cybersecurity Program for the Bank.
• Ensure ISP meets legal and regulatory requirements regarding information security, cybersecurity, and privacy.
• Develop, implement, and oversee the approval process for authorized users with compliance reporting.
• Provide strategic direction to protect confidential information by analyzing infrastructure changes.
• Coordinate development of security policies, standards, and procedures with senior management.
• Oversee cybersecurity risks with emerging technologies and AI/hybrid-cloud deployments.
• Prepare and present ISP and cybersecurity reports to Board and Management.
• Investigate security breaches and manage Incident Response Program updates.
