Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Program Manager to lead the definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration. You will manage a matrix of staff and contractors, develop roadmaps and oversee multi-tenant enterprise programs while controlling scope, time and budget.

The role emphasizes change management, security engagement, KPI reporting and executive-level presentations. Mentorship of other program managers is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing or information systems.
• 6 years of progressive IS/IT experience can substitute the degree.
• Preferred: MBA or equivalent in Business Administration/Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration and interdependency management across projects, products/technologies, functions or customers.
• Partner with executive sponsor and management to achieve program objectives and objectives for the business area.
• Ensure clear communications and transparency on security initiatives impacting business and consumers.
• Measure program effectiveness and report progress to executives.
• Apply change management to mitigate identified security risks and ensure delivery pipelines.
• Mentor junior program managers and support governance activities.
