Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field; MBA/Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years in information security leadership.
• Proven record building enterprise security programs in growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of enterprise security programs aligned with HAVI strategy.
• Advise executives on cyber risks, threats, and strategic investments.
• Develop risk management frameworks and monitor controls across the business.
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and crisis management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing cybersecurity team.
