Job summary

SHINE Technologies LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Manager, Information Security to lead SHINE’s enterprise information security program, partnering across IT, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and compliance with NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO standards, and NRC requirements.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 plus a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, or GRC.
• Experience with NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001/27002, or similar frameworks.
• Broad technical knowledge across networks, systems, cloud environments, and identity management.
• Demonstrated experience leading audits, assessments, or governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security program governance, policies, controls, and processes.
• Provide oversight to Cybersecurity staff for monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and control implementation.
• Manage risk management, risk register, and leadership-facing treatment recommendations.
• Lead compliance activities for NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO, and audits; ensure evidence ready.
• Develop security improvement plans, budgets, and cross-functional security integration.
• Lead Security Incident Response Team governance, escalation, and after-action reviews.
• Provide security guidance for OT/ICS environments when appropriate.
• Coordinate vendor security assessments and customer security obligations.
