Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a GRC Security Administrator to join our IT team and advance cybersecurity governance initiatives across the enterprise.

You will translate technical risk into business terms, support compliance with NIST, ISO, CMMC, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA and NYDFS, collaborate with audit teams, and help develop security policies and training to strengthen our security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level security governance programs.
• Familiarity with tools that map controls across multiple frameworks.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CMMC, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and NYDFS.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
