Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Manager, Information Security in Seattle, WA to drive the vision, development, and execution of enterprise‑grade security programs aligned with the HAVI Enterprise Security strategy. You will scale security capabilities to protect consumers, partners, and operations during a period of growth.

As a senior leader, you will influence organizational strategy, guide cross‑functional decision‑making, and ensure security is embedded in business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience, 7+ years in information security leadership roles.
• Proven track record designing enterprise-scale security programs.
• Deep expertise in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and retention capabilities.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing improvement of an information security strategy.
• Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity risks and strategic investments.
• Drive enterprise risk management across a complex, high-growth environment.
• Oversee security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
• Direct incident response and crisis management efforts.
• Build and develop a high-performing cybersecurity team.
• Partner with IT, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to embed security.
• Champion security awareness and reporting across the organization.
• Stay ahead of evolving threats and regulatory requirements.
