Job summary

Cirrus Logic is seeking a seasoned information security professional to strengthen its security posture across corporate and engineering environments. You will assess risk, design secure architectures, implement practical controls, and lead incident response—collaborating across Security, IT, and engineering teams.

The role requires 8+ years in multiple cybersecurity domains, strong executive communication skills, and hands-on experience with enterprise tools and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across multiple cybersecurity domains
• Senior individual contributor in complex enterprise
• Strong hands-on design of secure solutions
• Experience with enterprise security tools (endpoint protection, vulnerability mgmt, SIEM)
• Experience with AI security governance and monitoring capabilities
• Experience leading or contributing to incident response initiatives
• Strong executive communication with stakeholders
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27000, FAIR and privacy requirements
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field or equivalent
• Industry certifications preferred (CISSP/SSCP/GCIA)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Security, IT and engineering teams to strengthen security posture
• Contribute to risk evaluation and scalable security solutions
• Design and evaluate secure infrastructure, architectures and processes
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Participate in detection and incident response activities
• Evaluate security tools and administer them in collaboration with peers
• Assess controls and drive secure design across hybrid environments
• Prepare clear reporting on findings, risks and mitigation for leadership
