Job summary

Syntagma Group in Philadelphia seeks an experienced security-focused System Administrator to join our expanding IT team. You will support multiple platforms, manage risk assessment tools, and help shape security policies, standards, and procedures across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in system administration, hands-on work with SIEM, IDS, EDR, and strong AD/Azure experience, along with the ability to communicate security issues to peers and management effectively.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications.
• 8 years of experience with risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods.
• Experience communicating network security issues to peers and management.
• Experience planning and developing security policies, standards and procedures.
• Experience with multiple security disciplines such as SIEM, IDS, EDR, network security, vulnerability management or security hardening.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure.
