Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our IT team. This role leads security initiatives across our global sites and owns security tool configurations, while supporting audits and fraud prevention.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in information security, a BA/BS, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. The position offers a competitive package, PTO, wellness benefits, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• 5-7 years of Information Security experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of processes and procedures to protect information systems assets from modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Provides technical leadership, architectural support, guidance and direction for security across the global sites.
• Owns and manages configuration and administration for specific security tools.
• Assists Fraud & Compliance, Human Capital and Operations with fraud detection, documentation, and prevention; provides investigative support.
• Assists and supports audits (PCI, SSAE16, internal and client audits).
• Provides reports on data security effectiveness and recommends new procedures and tools; interviews and makes staff recommendations.
