Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on protecting information systems assets across a global enterprise and providing technical leadership for security initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of information security experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA). A strong emphasis on audits, policy implementation, and collaboration with global sites is

Qualifications

• Experience implementing information security policies and procedures.
• Experience designing new security initiatives and integrating security into business initiatives.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and managing findings to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manages implementation of processes to protect information assets from modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Provides technical leadership and architectural support for information security across global sites.
• Owns and manages configuration and administration for security tools.
• Assists Fraud & Compliance, Human Capital, and Operations with fraud detection and prevention.
• Supports audits (PCI, SSAE16, internal and client audits).
• Provides reports on data security effectiveness and recommends new procedures and tools.
