Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an experienced information security professional to monitor, analyze, and safeguard its internal information systems, networks, databases, and web-based security. You will partner with technology and business teams to support and enhance security software solutions.

Key responsibilities include conducting vulnerability assessments, managing user provisioning and role design, developing security standards, troubleshooting access issues, and implementing robust security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
• 5+ years of information security experience are required.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA or incident response related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and monitor systems, networks, databases, and web applications for security breaches.
• Design and assess user provisioning, segregation of duties, emergency access, and role management.
• Develop and document security standards for role design and administration, translating requirements into technical designs for security roles and managing software.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose access issues and authorization problems.
• Develop and implement security controls to prevent internal and external threats to email, data, e-commerce, and web systems.
• Ensure information security plans, controls, processes, standards, policies, and procedures align with internal and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of security solutions.
• Identify security risks, determine causes of violations, and recommend procedures to prevent future incidents.
