Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience.
• Strong knowledge of security controls and risk management.
• Experience with firewalls, encryption, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Prevent data loss and service interruptions by researching new technologies that will effectively protect a network.
• Create, test and implement network disaster recovery plans
• Perform risk assessments and testing of data processing systems
• Installing firewalls, data encryption and other security measures
• Recommending security enhancements and purchases
• Training staff on network and information security procedures
