Job summary

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Information Security Analyst to lead RMF/ATO and continuous monitoring for a DoD program.

You will drive Zero Trust implementation, threat detection, and vulnerability remediation across cloud infrastructure and on-prem environments, coupling advanced security monitoring with executive reporting. The role requires active clearance and experience with eMASS, DISA STIGs, and DoD security controls.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or cybersecurity required or equivalent
• DoD 8570/8140-aligned certifications required (Security+ CE, CySA+, CISSP, CASP+ or equivalent)
• Active Top Secret clearance required; active Secret clearance also stated
• Experience with RMF/ATO processes, eMASS, and DoD cloud environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF, ATO, continuous monitoring, and eMASS activities and sustainment documentation.
• Develop and maintain Zero Trust architecture across IL2/IL4/IL5 cloud infrastructure; prepare quarterly compliance briefings.
• Design advanced security architectures for threat detection, incident response, and cloud resilience.
• Oversee DISA STIG/SRG and ACAS assessments; prioritize vulnerabilities and integrate results into eMASS.
• Coordinate with ISSMs, ISSOs, CIO/AO, and Government stakeholders on governance and reporting.
• Provide rapid escalation and advisory support for vulnerabilities, threats, and secure communications.
