Job summary

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Information Security Analyst to lead cybersecurity for a DoD program, focusing on RMF/eMASS, vulnerability management, incident response, and Zero Trust implementation.

The candidate will operate in a hybrid setting with required Alexandria, VA meetings and must hold an Active Secret Clearance. Salary ranges from $105k to $115k with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in RMF, eMASS, DISA STIGs/SRGs, ACAS, and POA&Ms.
• Ability to translate threat and compliance data into remediation plans and exec reports.
• Experience coordinating with ISSMs, ISSOs, SCA teams, CIO/AO, and Gov stakeholders.
• Security policy development and automated incident response workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF, ATO, continuous monitoring, and eMASS activities with action plan sustainment.
• Develop Zero Trust Architecture across IL2/IL4/IL5 cloud infrastructure and briefings.
• Design advanced security architectures for threat detection and incident response.
• Oversee DISA STIG/SRG and ACAS assessments and remediation prioritization.
• Coordinate POA&M governance and evidence collection with government stakeholders.
• Monitor SIEM logs, GovCloud, and insider threat indicators; escalate threats.
• Lead vulnerability assessments and pentesting for apps, servers, and infra.
• Support incident lifecycle with Tier 2 provider and ensure reporting timelines.
• Develop automated incident response playbooks and cyber exercise scenarios.
