Ensures the safety & security of information systems while using data to improve our security posture and response capabilities
Lead incident response efforts and forensic investigations, coordinating cross-functional teams for efficient resolution and post-mortem analysis.
Mentor junior analysts by providing technical guidance, feedback, and career development support to build team capability and resilience.
Partner with other departments and business stakeholders to design and implement best practices.
Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, including procedures, runbooks, and response playbooks.
Champion continuous improvement across vulnerability management and secure software development practices.
Manage relationships with managed security service providers (MSSPs) and vendors to optimize external security operations and toolsets.
Execute senior-level responsibilities with autonomy, applying deep expertise in cloud environments (GCP/Azure), SIEM platforms, digital forensics, and endpoint security technologies.
Collaborate across the enterprise to align security initiatives with strategic business goals and risk tolerance.
Evaluating and integrating technologies to enhance overall security capabilities.
Demonstrated expertise in Windows OS, networking, SIEM/log correlation, and cloud technologies (GCP/Azure).
Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proven leadership experience, including the ability to influence without authority and foster a collaborative team culture.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related field
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in information security, IT operations, and business enablement within enterprise environments.
