Job summary

GDIT in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks an experienced ISSO to support information assurance for a government program. The role requires Top Secret/SCI with polygraph and DoD 8570 IAM Level I or higher, with 10+ years of related security experience.

You will develop, maintain, and enforce security policies, participate in RMF activities, and coordinate documentation such as SSPs and risk assessments. Onsite work in Maryland with full benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I or higher is required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Maintain operational security posture for an information system or program.
• Perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation.
• Prepare and review documentation such as SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
• Support security authorization activities in compliance with NIST RMF.
• Develop and maintain documentation for C&A per DoD/ODNI policies.
