Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Information Maneuver Instructor to join the IS3 team at Camp Pendleton, CA. The role demands expert instruction across Information Operations and Information Warfare, with curriculum development and field training delivery.

The instructor will prepare Marines to plan, integrate, and assess information-enabled operations within MAGTF, Joint, and Coalition environments. A DoD clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant military or DoD experience in IO, OIE, Information Maneuver.
• Prior Marine Corps IO, OIE, Information Maneuver, MAGTF staff or comparable Joint IO experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge in IO, EW, IW, OPSEC, MILDEC, CMO/CAO, cyberspace and space operations.
• Experience in analysis, instruction, evaluation, scenario and vignette development, facilitation, curriculum development and student evaluation.
• Currently possess a DoD security clearance at the appropriate level.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver formal instruction on Information Maneuver, OIE, IO/IW and related capabilities.
• Teach Marines to characterize the information environment and integrate information activities into MAGTF planning.
• Provide SME support in IO, IW, OIE, EW, OPSEC, MILDEC, MISO, cyberspace, space, CMO/CAO, targeting and COMMSTRAT.
• Develop Programs of Instruction, Master Lesson Files, lesson plans, study guides and practical exercises.
• Create realistic operational scenarios and vignettes to apply Information Maneuver concepts.
• Develop exam questions and objective performance criteria.
• Evaluate student performance in classroom and field exercises.
• Incorporate Marine Corps doctrine and emerging Information Maneuver concepts into instruction.
• Support MAGTF, Joint and Coalition staff training through resident instruction and Mobile Training Teams.
• Coordinate with Government instructors and curriculum developers.
