E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Information Maneuver Instructor at Camp Lejeune, NC to support IS3 and the Marine Corps Information Maneuver School. The instructor delivers advanced instruction, develops curricula, and provides SME support across IO/IW/OIE domains.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of DoD/Military experience, TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and a proven track record in instruction, scenario development, and student evaluation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of DoD/military experience.
Extensive experience in IO, OIE, Information Maneuver, MAGTF operations.
DoD security clearance TS/SCI.
U.S. Citizen.
Experience in instruction design and student evaluation.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver formal instruction on Information Maneuver and related capabilities.
Teach Marines to integrate information activities into MAGTF planning and assessment.
Provide SME support in IO, IW, OIE, EW, OPSEC, MILDEC, MISO, cyberspace and space operations.
Develop Programs of Instruction, Master Lesson Files, lesson plans, study guides, exercises, simulations, and supporting materials.
Coordinate with government instructors, curriculum developers, SMEs and information capability specialists.
Maintain current knowledge of Marine Corps and Joint IO/IW/OIE doctrine and emerging concepts.
