Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking an Information Assurance Specialist to support Army Acquisition, Readiness and Training (AT&R) for the Army Contract Writing System (ACWS). This role focuses on cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and system authorization to meet Army and DoD security requirements.

The position allows US-based remote work, collaborating with security stakeholders, DevSecOps, and program teams to maintain a strong security posture across a mission-critical enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, IS, Eng, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5-10+ years of experience supporting Information Assurance, cybersecurity, or cyber risk management programs.
• Knowledge of NIST RMF and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience developing security documentation and compliance artifacts.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support information assurance and cybersecurity for ACWS and enterprise environments.
• Implement and maintain security controls per NIST, RMF, STIG, and DoD requirements.
• Support system security authorization, assessment, accreditation, and ATO activities.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and control reviews.
• Coordinate remediation with teams across systems and DevSecOps.
