Job summary

CAC I International Inc seeks a Chief ISSO - System Lead to guide information security across geospatial intelligence software on the SAFEHOUSE program. You will lead a multi-team effort to ensure RMF compliance, secure software development, and robust cyber defense.

You will direct 4 small teams (Security, DevOps, Infrastructure, O&S), mentor staff, and liaise with stakeholders at multiple locations to deliver secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.
• Proven leadership experience in fostering team growth and driving performance.
• Experience evaluating IA compliance against RMF and DoD cybersecurity policies (NIST SP 800-37/800-53).
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and HBSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of Security, DevOps, Infrastructure, and O&S to deliver secure programs.
• Oversight of system security requirements and RMF control implementation.
• Perform security assessments, develop roadmaps for mitigations, and support ATO processes.
• Coordinate with PMO and ISSE to ensure proper security control testing and POA&M updates.
• Lead 2–3 SCRUM teams and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders across locations.
