Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a seasoned information security professional to support the IAVM program for DoD and federal customers. You will work with Government Engineers on vulnerability management, security documentation, and compliance tracking.

The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with experience in RMF, vulnerability scanning, and security reporting. You will coordinate across offices and ensure regulatory adherence while maintaining system integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of information assurance or cyber security experience.
• Experience with certification and accreditation processes.
• RMF knowledge and hands-on vulnerability scanning/analysis.
• Knowledge of intrusion prevention and network access control tools.
• Understanding of system audit principles and security risk assessment.
• Familiar with federal DoD IA/security standards (DIACAP, FISMA, NIST, OMB).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with all organizational levels.
• US citizen with active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support IAVM program with government engineers, including order applicability and mitigation actions.
• Process orders and notices (TASKORDs, OPORDs, CTOs, TCNOs, MTOs, NOTAMs, SPINs).
• Provide configuration information for VMS/CMRS and ACT.
• Lead IAVM program responsibilities per cyber orders.
• Support Government ISSM to obtain and maintain ATO requirements.
• Perform weekly vulnerability scans and deliver Security Compliance Reports.
• Track and drive patching and updates to maintain compliance.
• Conduct post-notification investigations and NetD incidents as needed.
