Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant programming or analytical experience
• Experience in a data warehouse environment and with large data sets from multiple sources
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present information to various audiences
• Strong collaboration skills within and across teams
• Claims/Encounters experience (Healthcare Industry experience)
• QNXT or Edifecs experience (preferred)
• Experience with EDI files (preferred)
• Experience with test script development and execution (preferred)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Daily activities include writing simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports on both an ad hoc and production basis for analysis of data trends or anomalies
• Proactively define, identify, develop, and implement system enhancements or modifications to support business strategic goals
• Assists and participates in the development and prioritization of system updates. Executes test scripts and reports outcomes or defects
• Candidate must be proficient in SQL, able to write and modify queries, interpret results, conduct root cause analysis, develop short- and long-term solutions following through to completion
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects forward simultaneously and be responsible for the results
• Ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders
