Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking an Informatica MDM Developer with Dynatrace expertise in Plano, TX. The role requires extensive experience with MDM Hub Console 10.5, IDD, SIF, and advanced SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. Onsite work is expected.

The candidate will monitor MDM batch jobs, diagnose data loading issues, and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence, collaborating with stakeholders across data governance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Strong Informatica MDM experience including Hub Console 10.5, IDD, SIF, and Match/Merge rules.
• Proficient in SQL queries (Oracle DB) for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• UNIX Shell scripting knowledge for analyzing IDQ/MDM jobs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MDM batch jobs and data loading.
• Troubleshoot data loading errors and batch failures; implement fixes.
• Perform RCA on production incidents and apply permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards on data requirements.
