Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Senior MDM Technical Product Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Master Data Management solutions. You will lead end-to-end data architectures, scalable integrations, and real-time enablement across banking platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Informatica Customer 360/Reference 360; you will lead implementation, governance, and data quality initiatives while guiding a multi-year data roadmap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data engineering, MDM development, or integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Customer 360 and Reference 360.
• Experience with Customer or Party MDM for individual and non-individual entities.
• Proficiency in SQL and data integration tools, including Informatica and ETL frameworks.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, and messaging platforms such as Kafka or MQ.
• Knowledge of data modeling, governance, and data lineage in real-time and batch architectures.
• Experience in finance or banking domains including core banking, CIS, and KYC.
• Agile experience with user stories and test cases in Jira.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or cloud data platforms; exposure to Azure/AWS.
• Leadership with strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of Informatica Customer 360 and Reference 360, from source ingestion to downstream consumption.
• Design and govern MDM architecture, integration patterns, and golden record management including match/merge frameworks.
• Build and manage batch and real-time data pipelines using API-driven and event-driven approaches.
• Enhance enterprise data quality, profiling, exception reporting, and issue resolution for data warehouses and analytics.
• Develop dashboards and modern analytics to support business insights and special data projects.
• Enforce enterprise data policies, complete month-end validations, and support training or mentoring.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries.
• Foster strategies to mature data management capabilities and support a multi-year roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across banking units and monitor emerging technologies.
• Deliver artifacts including MDM architecture designs, data models, integration mappings, and performance frameworks.
