Job summary

PNC is seeking an Informatica Developer to join its Technology organization in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on ETL development, data services, and data platform design to handle large-scale financial datasets.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement scalable data solutions, and ensure data accuracy and security across platforms. The position requires hands-on coding, mentoring junior engineers, and strong collaboration in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering and ETL development.
• Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud/IICS.
• Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, with large-scale data transformations.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata).
• Proficient with deployment tools like Udeploy and Artifactory.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of financial data and Activity Based Costing preferred.
• Experience with data quality, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and implement data solutions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ownership mindset and strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develops, supports and implements data services for multiple applications to meet business objectives.
• Defines data service requirements and the data preparation process with users and partners.
• Designs and builds data service infrastructure on multiple platforms.
• Implements data solutions ensuring scalability, availability and maintainability.
• Performs data migration and transformation activities to ensure data security and accuracy.
