Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infection control.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical and operational infection control issues, policies, regulatory requirements, surveillance, and nursing-related matters.
• In-depth knowledge of data management, analysis, research, reporting, and documentation in infection control; ability to contribute to studies and policy development.
• Advanced organizational and project management skills; ability to lead a team and drive projects to completion.
• Strong interpersonal and training skills; ability to develop educational materials and resources for staff and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present research findings and analyses clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with management and staff across departments on complex infection control issues.
