Job summary

Richard Construction Inc. (RCI) is seeking an experienced Industrial Journeyman Rigger to lift and move heavy equipment, inspect rigging, and plan lifts based on load and equipment capacity. Attach loads with slings, chains, cables, and hooks, and signal crane operators using proper hand signals.

This role requires 4+ years as a Journeyman Rigger and NCCER certification. Candidates must provide required tools, pass a rigging assessment, and be able to work at heights with strict safety

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as safety observer during lifts.

• Attach loads with slings, chains, shackles, hooks, or rigging gear.
• Signal crane operators with clear instructions.
• Guide and position loads during lifting operations.
• Ensure fall protection and PPE compliance.
