Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary information security projects across Google’s Data Centers. You will work with Global Engineering and regional teams to plan requirements, manage risks, and communicate with executives and engineers alike.

Role focuses on OT security, control systems, and site-specific improvements across a broad set of facilities, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional coordination and program efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience working on day to day site operations within industrial facilities.
• Experience leading cyber security or technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Own information security programs for industrial equipment and facility assets within LATAM, leading OT security workstreams globally.
• Develop and drive program implementation, long-term strategy, cross-site execution, and resource prioritization for information security across Google's Data Centers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define/measure security postures and drive continuous improvements.
• Guide and optimize OT security programs to drive consistency, efficiency, and economies of scale across multiple teams.
• Leverage control system insights to influence stakeholders across DC Central Operations and related teams.
